RAID0 2x1TB separate manufactures?

I'm upgrading my mini from a 1 TB fusion drive to dual (2x1TB) disks, one is a samsung the other is a toshbia, both 5400rpm

are there any issues with having two separate manufactured HDDs in RAID 0 for OS X 10.9?

Not in theory, however the drives may unpair more easily, so i sugest you run time machine

And bro, try getting 2 ssds in raid, samsung 1tb is $530, but Crucial 960gb is $430 at amazon
