Dear all,

The Rainbow app version 2.6 is out with the following features:
- Supports the iCloud and Pogoplug services
- Sync two folders from any account to any account
- Drag & Drop feature is now free (our sincere gratitude to our users who have purchased it)

https://itunes.apple.com/app/rainbow/id649602428?mt=12

Thank you

What does it do...why does it do it...why do we need it....these are critical unanswered questions.

Sorry about that, but since I have already described those in the iOS section, I thought you knew. My mistake.

The main usage of the Rainbow app is to transfer files / folders from one Cloud account to another cloud account. But, you can do so many more things with this app, like:
- You can connect to many accounts at the same time
- You can transfer files from different accounts to an account
- You can search for files / folders in all connected accounts
- You can sync two folders
- You can use the Drag & Drop feature to copy a file / folder

The Rainbow app supports the following cloud services:
- Box
- Dropbox
- Google Drive
- Hubic (only iOS)
- iCloud
- iDrive
- Mediafire
- MEGA (iOS and Android only)
- pCloud (only Android)
- Pogoplug
- Onedrive
- Onedrive for business
- Sharefile
- Sugarsync

You can find more information about this, and the links to all AppStores at
http://www.i-smartsolutions.com/rainbow/index.php

Thank you

Dear all,

The Rainbow app version 2.7 is out with the following features:
  • Sync local folders (either two local folders or a local and a cloud folder)
  • Bookmark a folder for faster access
  • Add a statusbar to easily transfer local files to a bookmarked folder
  • Right click on a file / folder to preview it
    • There are buttons to navigate to the next or previous item
    • Drag & Drop a file to Finder
Thank you

Dear all,

Version 2.8 is out with the following features:

  • Fixed the issue with Google Drive
  • Checks for conflicts when uploading files / folders, and prompts user to enter a new name for the file / folder
  • Preview video
  • Transferring files / folders is done asynchronously via the creation of a Task. Thus, you can still browse the files / folders or transfer more files / folders
  • View history of transferred files / folders
  • "Upload to cloud" service so that you can transfer any file / folder from Finder

Get it from https://itunes.apple.com/gr/app/rainbow/id649602428?mt=12

Thank you

Dear all,

Version 2.9 is out with the following features:

  • Rewrote the code for syncing folders so that it handles the case of conflict (files / folders with the same name)
  • Add a Pref screen to set the date format, size format, display created or modified date

Get it from https://itunes.apple.com/gr/app/rain...mUvbUpU2939341

Thank you

Dear all,

I am pleased to inform you that version 3.1 is ready to download:

In this version you can create a free Rainbow account which allows one to share files with a total size of 300MB. You can also upgrade that account and share files with a total size of 10GB.

Also, the site https://www.i-smartshare.com is updated so that it allows a visitor not only to access shared files, but also to share local files.

[doublepost=1551440244][/doublepost]Dear all,

I am pleased to inform you that a web version of the Rainbow is also available.

https://www.i-smartcloud.com

You need to have a Rainbow account (it is free to create one)
Currently, it supports the Box, Dropbox and Google Drive cloud services, but more services will soon be added.

I am looking forward to your feedback

Dear all,

I am pleased to inform you that version 4.0 is ready for download with the following interesting features:
  • SmartCloud service. The SmartCloud service combines the available storage of the connected accounts into a single large storage. Thus, while before you were not able to upload a large file into a single account, now, the SmartCloud service will split that file and upload it to all your accounts. As always, if you decide to delete the original file, make sure that it is transferred.
  • Upload large files on Onedrive (both personal and business)
