Friend of mine bought a white 2.0 MacBook today at the Bellevue Square Apple Store, and interestingly enough, it came with 2x512 sticks and an 80gb HD standard.

I know that sometimes the brick 'n mortar stores sometimes carry slightly different models than the online store (which is probably the case here, since the MacBook was priced at $1449), but I haven't heard of this particular one before....last time I was at Bell Square the MacBook models were identical to the ones available online.....

Part# is MA682LL/A, if it helps.

Yep...this is one of the "ultimate" configuration models available in some stores. AppleInsider noted their existence in early July. It was linked to here at MacRumors.
