this should link to a photo of the ram used in the 2.5 mac mini. this ram is for the amd gpu I don't have one of these machine on hand yet , but that ram may be upgradeable.

Please understand this is all in the land of if. If the old ram is not soldered in and is an easy pull then if the better ram drops in and just works. This will take me at least a week to figure out.
