What are the current RAM limits per application in iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, on 2 GB, 3 GB, 4 GB, and 6 GB devices? Is there any change from iOS 12?

According to this test...

...the app peaks at 3.4 GB in this test, with the iPad's total RAM usage hitting 5 GB.
Note also that the test crashes on the 2017 4 GB iPad Pro and the 4 GB XS Max.

Given that nobody has listed a per-app RAM limit, and the result of that test in my second post above, my guess is there is no fixed RAM limit to applications. I'm still not sure if that's true though.
