I suspect no, for a couple of reasons... one, no one but reviewers have their hands on the new iPads, and two, there aren’t a lot of apps that are available that would take advantage of the 6GBS yet.
 
It probably doesn’t now. It probably will in two years’ time.

It’s fun how an ipad with 6GB or RAM costs as much as a proper Touch Bar MacBook Pro with 8GB.
 
I think Safari can take advantage when you have multiple tabs open avoiding to have to refresh to frequently as you switch them, I would assume also multitasking would benefit from it.
