The istat pro on my dashboard as well as warnings from the system are telling me that out of my 1 gig of ram there is no free memory space. Also, most of my hard drive is full and i want to see what is taking up all the space. I was in the store getting something repared once and i saw the person at the genius bar opening some window that showed which files and folders were using what amount of space. I am wondering if anyone knows how to access this, and also see what activities are using all the ram. I already tried the activity monitor which wasnt very helpful.

RAM question

To see what taking up space on your hard drive, double click on your hard drive & using the list option, click on View & then on Show view options, at the bottom of the view options. In a short time your hard drive list will show the size of all the folders on your hard drive.

For RAM, click on "System Memory" on bottom of Activity Monitor window.
For HD space, download "WhatSize" excellent little program for that purpose!
