ram question

hey

i just got fcp on my 15 mbp 2.16ghz cd. it runs pretty slow when editing hd. i only have 1 gig of ram. would adding another gig help in this situation?

Check out your activity monitor. If you've not got much memory free, then you'll benefit from getting more. I'd say it's worth getting anyway if you can afford it. You'll notice the difference in general snappiness.
