iPhone Ram tweaks showing pretty differnet numbers...?

Why do RAM display tweaks show pretty different numbers? Well, two are almost right on... the other always much lower.

SBPowerAlert Setting shows... 434mb
CCMeters shows................... 426mb

but

CCSystemStatus shows......... 300mb

SBPowerAlert shows the combined total from two ram values reported by iOS: free ram + inactive ram.

Some other program may only display free ram.
