Will this work on my 2011 Mac Mini?

Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 XMS3 8GB Two Memory Module Kit

Thanks.

That is a good deal, it is the current price for 16 GB RAM.
It originally cost over 1.400 USD when it arrived last year.
Can I install 32GB of RAM or is this not possible?

Shall I upgrade my ram?

Sigh, when you take in account the upgrade of the ram and the accessories, perhaps you're better getting an iMac :/

As far as I know 16GB RAM sticks do not exist till now and the mini has only 2 RAM slots. So the short answer in No (That is with out considering if the chipset is able to handle the RAM)

If you need the RAM upgrade it. However if you don't need 16GB go for 8GB as it is more then enough for normal computing needs and it is cheaper.

Depending for what you want to use your computer. Mac minis make great HTPC.

The 2011 Mac mini only supports 16 GB RAM, and it only has two RAM slots, and 16 GB modules of 204-pin DDR3 SO-DIMM RAM is yet not available.
Maybe get an iMac, if you need 32 GB RAM.
