Ram upgrade on late 2012 21.5 - compatibility question.

Hi, I'm going attempt a ram upgrade on my late 2012 iMac.

Going to upgrade it to 16gb.

I have been offered this ram by a friend

That RAM kit will be compatible, in fact that's the exact same kit I used to upgrade my personal 2012 MacBook Pro.
