Ram Upgrade Question

I want to add ram to my 2.15 Hz Intel Core 2 Duo MBP.

According to the Apple System Profiler, this is what it takes:

Size: 1 GB
Type: DDR2 SDRAM
Speed: 667 MHz
Status: OK

Does anyone know if this ram will work fine / is compatible:

While it says that it's DDR2 667, I am confused by the absence of SDRAM and the addition of the PC5300 bla bla bla. I don't understand hardware components so any help is greatly appreciated.
