Hey guys I just got my July 2011 Sandybridge Mac Mini, and I noticed it ran a little slow, so I ordered 2x4gb Corsair Ram upgrades, I was wondering how much of a difference in overall performance it will make to have 8gb of ram instead of 2gb, thanks guys!!!

Depends on what you use your Mac for, how many apps you have running at the same time, etc., but I think you'll definitely notice a performance difference going from 2GB to anything more than that.

Ordered my Corsair RAM on Monday from Amazon, got on Wed, installed in 5 mins (4 mins for twisting the damn backing off) and it flies. I simply can't believe the difference. It's major, not just minor. I can now leave open either Spotify/Turntable.fm/MOG for music in one window, surf and leave 10 tabs open, check FB, and watch a baseball via MLB.tv.
The best $49 I've spent in a long time.
