iPad Ran P0sixpwn on my 6.1.3 and it worked but no Cydia?

I JB with P0sixpwn 1.07 and thought I needed a newer version because I saw no Cydia app so when I ran the newer P0sixpwn 1.8 it said "It appears your device is Jail Broken"

What now?


I did download the iPhone browser app on my laptop but do not know how to use that.
