Both my wife an I enjoyed the random breathe notifications that were in previous versions of WatchOS. With the new Mindfulness app you have to schedule them. The beauty of the random notifications was that the surprise was a nice reminder that it's both good and pleasant to take an unplanned moment or so away from whatever it was you were doing. IMHO having to schedule mindfulness teaches you nothing at all.
