Evening (well, it is here),

My Calendar App, and iCloud through the web client, shows I have five calendars. This is correct (easiest way to colour-code events is to use multiple calendars).

However, the Calendar App - and third-party calendar apps - also show a subscribed calendar called UK Holidays. Which would be fine if I was subscribed to a calendar called UK Holidays - it doesn't appear in Settings as a subscribed calendar, which means I can't delete it.

The only App it doesn't appear in is Sunrise, and that's because it doesn't do subscribed calendars. Sunrise does show several old, empty calendar, however, in my iCloud account when it connects. I can't add dates to those empty calendars though - I tried.

Does anyone know how to unsubscribe from a calendar you're not actually subscribed to? Or how to tidy up your iCloud calendars to remove the empty ones that iCloud can't see? I did go to my local Apple Store and ask... one of the Geniuses pulled out and iPad and said "I'll just have a look on Google..." - tryst me, I wouldn't be asking f I could find the answer myself!

Uncheck and ignore is what I do. But it shouldn't be there to start with, and you can't delete it via the Calendar App, Settings or anything I can see. The next step would be to stop using iCloud and local calendars, and see if it's still around but I don't want to try that until I have a good replacement lined up.
