Random kernel panics

Hi all,

I'm using a mid 2009 MacBook5,2, with Mac OS 10.12.6 installed with Dosdudes Sierra patcher.
These problems just started occurring a couple days ago after a couple weeks of no problems. A couple days ago it started randomly restarting with a kernel panic, it has happened about 4 times now.

Also, it is having problems copying files off of DMGs, or external disks. 9 out of 10 times it copies half the file and then gives me "error -36".

I solved the problem, I forgot to post sorry. It was the ram. I tested it and it failed twice, installed different RAM and haven't had one KP.
