I have a very strange problem. I have handoff turned off on my phone, laptop, and iPad, yet my iPad randomly rings with an incoming call. It is always (or has been) and local spoof number, but the question is - how? My iPad doesn’t have a phone number nor is it cell enabled. My Apple Watch, and my Cell phone do not show an incoming call at all.

I have no idea how to fix this issue, but it seems to happen once a day. FaceTime does not show any missed calls either, so how the hell am I getting calls on it?

Thanks
