Random problem with saving as jpg

For some reason when i save as a jpeg it labels it as "adobe photoshop jpg" instead of a normal jpeg so i cant upload it on imageshack. Is a setting messed up or something? I really need to figure this out cause it's very frustrating.

Where are you saving it from? Photoshop? How are you saving it, from normal save as or save for web?

You can use Preview to save as jpg too.

Im saving it after i get done in photoshop and just using the normal save as but it's so random cause sometimes it'll work and sometimes it wont! Te preview thing works, but that is kind of a lot of work when photoshop is supposed to do it in the first place!
