Hi Everyone,

I'm running ML in my Mac Pro and I'm encountering very strange behavior with my Mac when I put it to sleep.

When I go to bed with the Mac in sleep mode I can hear it start up randomly and go back to sleep several times throughout the night!
I don't think its software related as it also happens in W7 with bootcamp and it was also happening before my update to ML.

Oddly though it didn't happen last night in ML when I put the mac to sleep while logged into the guest account.

Is it possible it could be the power supply or graphics card causing this problem?

Under Energy Saver in System Preferences is Wake for Network Access enabled.

If so is the Mac Pro waking to renew with the Bonjour Sleep Proxy and normal behaviour.

Yes it was so now I've unchecked it.
I'll report back when I get my Mac back up and running as I'm now waiting on a power lead for my replacement video card.

Thanks for your help.

Well so far so good I think it's done the trick so thank you for your help :D
