Random webloc-file appeared on my Mac desk - virus?

Hey everyone.

A random webloc file appeared on my Mac desk.

Does this mean somebody hacked me to get it there, should I be worried?
I didn't visit the site that is linked to the file, so I don't think I created it. Is there any other way this could have happened without a virus? (I deleted the webloc file by the way).
The site linked to it has just a simple logo and short text saying they offer design/website solutions (simple about.html site).

I created an EltreCheck report, would this be of any help to solve my problem?

Could it be of any help to analyze the the sites (safari history) around the time the webloc file was created?

Does it find anything?
If so, it will remove it for you.

I downloaded the software, it only scanned for 3 seconds, is this the full scan? It says "congratulations you are safe", however.

If you inadvertently drag any link from a browser to the desktop you'll end up with a webloc file.

I don't think I accidentally dragged it there, since the site that was linked to the webloc is so random.

I found an Indonesian Facebook-page where someone posted a link to the same "webloc"-site several times (looks like a very simple unprofessional site offering graphics/website solutions).

However, maybe I am already overreacting and it wasn't even that site.

I hope that malewartebytes is enough now for this kind of problem.
