Whoops... not sure how that happened. Changed the link. After the video ended and I clicked "share link" it must have already gone on to its next video!
From the vegetation and background and that one building with the white top it looks like LA. Denver is also much more compressed due to the mountains and such.
But that is only deduction from seeing LA in TV shows many time and Dynasty has been a long time ago, at least here on Ceres.

Well if it was shot in LA, then the one house with the sprinklers is in for a citation..... its illegal to water your grass in California for more than 5 minutes, and never in a manner where the water runs down the sidewalk or into the street.. We have been and still are in a mandated water conservation mode due to drought conditions (even though recent rains have eased the severity somewhat).
