iPhone Random Wifi/Cell Network shut off

Watch the video. Basically the phone acts fine, suddenly the cell network goes to one bar, wifi shuts off, then I get "No Service". Then 5-10 seconds later it reconnects everything. It behaves like this for 5 minutes, then it acts fine again.

20 minutes later, it happens again.

I tolerated it for 4 months until this nonsense cut off my call. I don't know why it does this.

• iPhone 3GS pre-2009 GSM Model (Jailbroken)
• ultrasn0w installed (unlocked my phone)
• iOS 6.1.3
• Modem Firmware - 06.15.00

EDIT: Forgot to mention, this never happened until I jailbroke my phone and used ultrasn0w.

Downgrade the BB to 05.13.4 with redsn0w.

You'll get gps back as well

Ok so I'm trying to downgrade the baseband.

However on redsn0w, I got stuck on "waiting for reboot" while following the steps. Is it because I'm using a custom IPSW? (iOS 6.1.3)

I had to use a create a custom IPSW because it said so in the instructions when I was originally unlocking my phone.

Use the older version of redsn0w mentioned in the tutorial

Nevermind, what I did was rollback all the way back to 4.1, downgraded the baseband there, created a custom iOS 6.1.3 IPSW preserving the baseband, and restored the phone using the custom IPSW.

Thanks for your help people, the phone is now working perfectly without that stupid random cut offs I had before.
