rapidshare ip problem

Although I am not. Have shut down, restarted. Have unplugged modem for hours. Have erased cookies. Still the same message. What now? Confused.

This questions has been asked may times before. The IP address which RS is tracking is that of your provider's proxy.

I KNOW that the problem is the ISP's IP address, but in my case Comcast has assured me that they do NOT use proxies.

So NOW what's the solution?
