Rattling M2 MBP 16 speaker

Hi!
In the last day or two, the right speaker of my 16" M2 MBP has a terrible distortion and rattling. Of course, it is about 3 weeks out of Apple Care, so I'm wondering if there is a DIY fix that's not TOO complicated.

I can go the Apple Store route, but I'd really prefer to not spend money on what I would consider a new machine.

This doesn't seem to be an uncommon problem based on some googling, but repair solutions seem to not be readily available.

Just to follow up on this, went to the Genius Bar today expecting to lose my laptop for a week. They had a look and found 2 tiny balls from a burst silica packet in my laptop bag in the speaker. Going to be keeping the bag clean and storing it hinge down in the bag from now on!
