I just bought an iPhone yesterday and I just noticed when I shake my iPhone up and down, it makes a very tiny rattling noise, similar to the sound made with the iphone's keyboard clicking sound. I haven't really noticed any problems with the phone, but a little concerned that it is making that noise. What should I do?

First thing you should do is try searching. It's been discussed. And before anyone says I'm being unkind. I'm not. I'm simply stating that the OP can find the info they want by looking at the threads already posted.

Samcraig, you're not unkind, just mean. :)

Love the title of this thread.

Oh, and it's your camera lens that is rattling. You can either do nothing or start checking your bezel, screen color, etc.

Edit: Un De beat me to it.

Hmm, thats not supposed to happen. Are you sure you're only shaking it 2 times? 3 times and you're just playing with yourself.

I submitted an app which if you shook the iPhone a bunch of times it turned white at the top. It was rejected. Something about being too pornographic for the app store. Not sure if it was the graphics or the sound that set Apple off....

My iPhone "rattles" a little when I shake it and the vibrate switch is set to vibrate. For me it's just that the vibrate switch is loose when in vibrate mode. It's tight otherwise and doesn't rattle normally. A little annoying. Is your vibrate switch the culprit?

Same for mine.

Mine is the same. At least I shouldn't worry about it, if it's something the majority of iPhones exhibit.
