Raven Shield on Intel Macs

I have the Ati Radeon 2400HD and got Raven Shield today. Pretty good game, but two complaints. First, there is screen tearing and when you move the camera fast it seems to kinda shake when you stop. And I maxed it and expected good performance because it is old, but only got around 30 fps, is this because it isn't a universal game? Thanks.

And how do you play online multiplayer? I can only seem to find lan.
