RAW CR2 thumbnails are very badly loaded. You have to wait very long time. Who has this problem?

Same thing with CR3 files.
My photos are stored in a Synlogy NAS which I access through wired local network. On my iMac I also run Windows 10 via BootCamp and it's unbelievable how much faster it generates the thumbnails from the same files.
