RAW Format

I recently updated from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion and for some reason I am unable to open my RAW pictures from my Canon 5D Mark III.

I have Adobe Light Room 4.2 and when I go to import, it says "This format is not supported by Lightroom" and if I try to open it in Digital Photo Professional, there's just a X over the file with no thumbnail.

Any ideas?

I know that what you have is supposed to work. Have you thought about patching Light Room to the current version?

As another suggestion if you don't want to do that, have you tried reinstalling Light Room since you upgraded to Mountain Lion?

You need to install/update CameraRAW from adobe.
