Razor Mouse / Wacom Intous not working at Login

Hey guys,

So I have an iMac Pro 2017 and at login (After starting the pc new) my iMac does only recognise my apple products but not the Razor mouse or Wacom intous.

In very rare occasions it does work though.

Can anyone help me fix this as I'm not able to find anything regarding it :/.

I had a similar issue with Wacom products that were causing a KP at boot with MacPro5,1. Issue was tied to a bad driver release/update. Contacted Wacom to report the issue, who then said I needed to replace the hardware itself to "fix" the issue. Two weeks later a new driver was out and all problems vanished...

I've largely given up on their support after this. Unless you're willing to stay 1-2 OS versions behind AND not update drivers, it's almost a total crap shoot with their stuff. I cannot rely on that for a production-ready machine.
