What OS/Version of iSync are you running? I heard the v3m and v3c sync the same way (meaning if one works, the other should), and my V3c sync perfect with iSync without any modifications to anything.

I'm runing OS 10.4.7 and iSync 2.3 and it only syncs with the usb cable. but still it does not let me tranfer photos, wallpaper..etc...

Thats because Verizon crippled those features. You can only do it if you hack the phone - which btw requires Windows.
