RCS texting delivering photos and videos blury

Has anyone else gotten complaints from people using android phones that phots and videos sent via RCS is coming up blurry or blank? I have a 17 Pro.

Did your issue ever resolve itself? I have an Android phone and when I send RCS images or videos my friends with iPhones they get them in high quality. Maybe it was a network issues?
