I had Free tag editor. Then was asked if i wanted to upgrade to the paid version. As i was using it such a lot. This is what I did I thought.

App store every month asks me for £1.99 Or somewhere round there and I thought Well hang on what have i upgraded too. What am I actually paying for. I thought as i was Paying I was getting Tag Editor the full thing and from it.

Can anyone enlighten me what am I actually paying for please.

I have contacted Tag editor twice They wont answer my mail.

Their full version was most likely a subscription. You have to cancel the subscription to stop paying for it. You'll most likely lose the features of the full version, but if you want to stop paying monthly that's all you can do. Did you read exactly what you were purchasing before purchasing it? Several times I've almost subscribed to the full version of an app. Take better care to read the fine print next time.

No fine print to read. App store here they are side by side naturally I thought i was upgrading to paid version Then I saw this paid version Which asks for a license number. One dose not relate to the other. I was not given those paying options by Apple Store you see on the full version. I would have paid the £28 and be done with it now i am paying for life. As you say get rid of it and start again. But don't you feel a little bit cross


Also i was annoyed I have Nord VPN They make it sound attractive to buy saying its something like £2 a month but what they do not say is when you purchase it its for 3 years and they take the whole amount for that 3 years in one hit. Now what annoyed me was I opened Apple store. There it says Nord VPN FREE and its not Free i contacted Nord and they are quite helpful and said no its not Free. You look yourselves
