i would like to re-brand existing healthcare apps for a client - rather than develop an all new app. any experience / knowledge or direction appreciated.

1. Contact all the developers of the existing apps.
2. Come to an agreement whereby they will license their code to you (nb: This will cost you money and they'll probably say 'no' anyway)
3. Re-brand the app whilst adhering to the agreement in step 2.
4. Publish the app and distribute profits from app sales as per the agreement in step 2.
