Re-Downloading

I downloaded 10.10 from the software updates. It went all night. So this morning it says "downloaded" in a grayed out type that would not let me select it. I tried re-starting with no changes.
I selected the "Learn More" screen and downloading starting over again. Arghhh. Do I really have to download another 5 GB again? Where is the first one?

After you download the installer, it should be in your Application. Have you checked whether you have it there?
