Mail keeps asking me to re-enter my password, and so does Mail on my iphone. I enter it and it runs like it's right. Then an hour later is asks me to re-enter is again as if it's wrong.

Is this normal?

May be an issue with your email server. Is this mail through your ISP or MobileMe?

Huh. Wish I could help you with that one. I had that issue with my ISP, but never with MobileMe. Sounds like it's on Apple's side. Did you send them a tech support request?

Another thought...have you tried changing your password?

My wife's mobile me account does the same thing on her new macbook. Just signed her up last week and has been constantly saying password rejected but when i enter the password email works fine for a while (sending/receiving all work ok) then the message pops back up again!!! Tried changing password, uninstall and install again but still the message appears. Idisk works fine as does mobile me syncing. I have the same set up on my imac and i have had no problems!!! Cleared keychain also but still have not been able to solve it. :(
