iPod Re formatting ipod from windows to mac

Hi, just brought two new macs, a macbook and imac to replace old pc, and i was wondering whether there is a way to reformat my ipod from windows to mac?

IIRC plug you iPod into your computer and launch iTunes. Then in the iPod window it will either tell you it is windows formatted and give you the option to reformat it or you might have to press update/restore.

Of course this will wipe all content on the device so make sure you have it elsewhere.
