Re-Formatting USB Memory Sticks ?

Hello,

Have a bunch of old USB Memory Sticks with unneeded
files on them.

Would like to be able to re-format them so as to be able to use in
either the Mac OS or W10, and transfer files between them.

(I have Parallels on my Mac which creates that virtual W10 partition)

a. So, do I want to re-format as exFat ? Or ?

b. And, how do I do the re-formatting on my iMac, please ?

Depends on the use how you will want to format them.

In any case, you do it in Disk Utility.
