I loaded BF 2142 on my MacBookPro 15inch and iMAC 20 inch.... both configured with the most powerfull options ie ram and processor.

So by X-mas night, I had BF 2142 working pristine, luckily, which I never seemed to be able to have on my Dell XPS.

After about two days of playing on the mac's with no problems, I made some coffee, and try loading up BF 2142. I click the icon, and wait, and it starts bouncing... never a good thing.

I click the bouncing BF 2142 icon, and it says something in the general way "Runtime C+++ error."
After about the 7th time of restarting my mac, I decided to unistall BF 2142. So I grab the application icon to the trash, and "securely" delete my trash, so its not just sitting there hidden.

I NOW try to re-install BF 2142, and the DVD Icon loads up, but no "Install screen", if you will, shows up.
I can open up the BF 2142 DVD folder, and just see 8 odd files and .exe's.

How do I get my mac recognize to install this application instead of just letting me browse the DVD contents?

(I know there's tons of bugs for this game, but was doing great until today)
