Hi All,

I am trying to re-install an OS after wiping the disk clean in Recovery Mode

Boot the MacBook 2015 up in Internet Recovery Mode and get to this screen to install the OS X El Captain but there is no option to select. (see attachment)

Is there a way to work around this or install the OS some other way.

What format did you use when erasing the drive?

Go back to Disk Utility in internet recovery. For OS X 10.11 El Capitan use Scheme: GUID partition map and Format: Mac OS Extended (Journaled)

Another idea that should help you see the drive (if it appears to be formatted properly as GUID/Mac OS Extended) is to try an NVRAM reset (also known as a PRAM reset) Be sure that you allow the reset to continue (by continuing to hold the same Option-Command-P-R keys through at least 2 cycles), then boot to Internet Recovery. If that doesn't make a difference, then best to boot to a USB installer (El Capitan can be a challenging OS X version to install properly, I prefer High Sierra, on Macs that natively support that)
