Reachability and Notification Center

Hi,
on my iphone 7, after installing iOS 11, i have noticed that it is no more possibile to take advantage of reachability to access to the notification..

i mean, it is possibile to access to notification center, but i have to reach the top of the screen with my finger instead of the last row of icons that is lowered by Reachability... like i used to do in iOS 10.

have you noticed the same?

No, this is the normal behaviour in iOS 11. Also find it to be quite a stupid change.
