Reachability occasional glitch

I experienced a glitch while using reachability that sends the icons up and entirely off the screen. I don’t know exactly what I did to get the phone to behave again, having done all manner of button press.

It started when I made icons go reachable, then opened a folder within reach. That opened, but dismissing the folder made all icons rise up and out of the view space of the phone. Multiple attempts at restoring the original position didn't work until eventually the icons returned to their normal home base position.

I've had a couple reachability glitches as well.. Sometimes after activating reachability tapping something on the screen or the home button doesn't cause it to go back to normal. I've also had times where no matter how many times I tap the home button reachability just will not work. Usually closing apps or a hard reset fixes it for a few days. Anyone having anything like this happen? It's not enough to cause me any pains but I do hope someone else has had this issue and has reported it for a bug fix.
