I created an @me.com address during the time I had an active MobileMe 30-days trial account. However, I decided to cancel it in anticipation of Steve Job's iCloud announcement. BAD MOVE. Immediately after the keynote, the me.com page locked out new registration and I wasn't able to reactivate my @me.com account either.

Is my @me.com address still reserved? Or is it up for grabs now (for those who have access to iOS 5 beta)?

Is says quite clearly in the screenshot that it can still be used for other services.

Got to https://appleid.apple.com/ and log in with your old details. All your specifics should be there. If you've even used it to buy things in iTunes etc it should contain all the necessary billing info for that service.

according to the transition document, you will be able to reactivate it once iCloud launches officially. There's already like 2-3 threads with this same question and it's being discussed..
