iPad Read later issue

This is not necessarily an iPad specific issue. I use the "read later" feature on my iPad a lot to view web pages when not near Wi-Fi. Often, the pics on the saved web pages do not show up. Text shows up fine. I use both Safari and Chrome on my iPad 8 and this happens in both browsers. I have noticed this on my previous Samsung Tab A tablet. Anyone know the reason for this and is there a solution? Some web pages the pics show up, others they don't.

Maybe they're pictures with links from external sources?

Never ever got this function to work properly. Always says the article can’t be viewed offline, regardless of the setting across all my devices to be set for automatically save offline. Frustrating!

^^^^^ I had your problem with Safari, but I have better luck with Chrome. (Still have the pics issue, though).
