Read Speeds are Bad with MTU Packets at 1500

Hi

Quick Overview:
- Fresh install and updates of Catalina on all computers
- 3 iMac Pros and Mac Mini with builtin 10Gb NIC
- Read Performance issue with MTU Packets at 1500 (PCs\Windows 10 have no issues)
- Directly Connected to TrueNAS Server

With default (Auto) Network settings and MTU Packets set to 1500 on the server and on the Mac:
I get 1000MB Write 500MB Read.

I've made the changes to signing_required=no. But didn't know if there was anything else for Catalina.


If I enable Jumbo Frames on the Server and for the Mac's. I do see 1000MB Writes and 1000MB Reads.
