Read / Write to HD in XP64bit

So I just purchased a 400gb HD for all of my media ... problem is I need to be able to read and write to this disk from both OS X and XP 64bit

I tried MacDrive however I do not think it is supported in 64bit XP

I kind of have to use 64bit because of the software that I use ....
Please help, how do I setup this drive to be able to read and write in both Operating systems

Format it FAT32 in OS X. Shouldn't it already be formatted that way? If it's an external that is.

It is an internal drive ...
The only problem with Fat32 is that the drive size is limited , something like only 4 GB's
