Reading List not syncing

I am not seeing my reading list items prior to iCloud or after sync across my 3 devices and I did select my safari bookmarks to sync via iCloud.....any suggestions?

Ya how do you enable it?

What worked for me

I turned it off on my desktop and back on again and then it worked (iCloud syncing of bookmarks)

Never mind works forgot to turn it on the mac only did it on the iPad. Idiot me.
