Looks sort of like a mash-up of all the rumors. The plastic antenna stripe on the back and the camera. Who knows, really. Kind of fugly, though.

I like it. Looks good if it isn't real and seen as how it looks like a screenshot from a keynote presentation, im going to call it a fake.

I highly doubt someone would be able to get a screenshot from Tuesdays actual keynote presentation!

I can see it now: "Say cheese" -holds tablet up in front of face, holds with one hand, tries to be steady and tap the tiny on screen capture button- "Crap! Its blurry, hold on, let me try again"

Having spent a year or so studying Computer Animation and Modelling, it's fairly easy for me to tell that's a rendering. As far as I can tell, Apple generally uses actual photographs of their products in keynote slides, and if nothing else, they don't use weird angles like that. But as a mockup, it's not a bad idea.

Could be a front view. Starts with a (very) wide screen for movies. The camera is a front facing webcam. Nice little Apple logo on screen at the moment! The area above and below are multitouch input areas so you don't have to get fingerprints on the screen.

Any word on how this image was supposedly taken? Apple would not let just anyone get hold of the Keynote file, or even sit in on a rehearsal. I'm very skeptical.

yeah they could have worked a little harder to make the concept BELIEVABLE. Apple would never add in a floating antenna

It's an OLED panel. The apple moves left and right like a cyclon's eye.

This is actually a picture of the front. There is no screen, and like the current iPod nano the entire tablet runs on a voice controlled UI. The front facing camera will implement Apple's new emotion sensing interface (frown to turn down volume, smile to turn it up, etc.)
