I am assuming this is part of proactive, but every day when I leave work and get on the subway I usually launch infuse 3 to watch movies. after installing ios 9 PB I get the little infuse icon on the lock screen to launch the app when I am leaving work.... Now I dont know if it does it based on location and me leaving my work building or the time of day... but either way really cool feature.

None of my apps appear on lock screen be it coz of ibeacon or anything. Only handoff apps show up when I am using my Mac. The apps used to show up on my 6+ and as soon as I restored my 5s backup it stopped working.

I am really looking forward to the Apple Music popping up everytime I use my headphones on my commute into work in the mornings. I didn't download iOS 9 PB yet because i didnt want it to interfere with my Watch and I definetly DIDNT want to get the beta of WatchOS2. Just plain stupid you have to send it in to revert back to 1.0.1... imo. Hopefully iOS 9 works well and a lot of the bugs from old iOS are gone.

It's definitely a handy feature. I also noticed that the music app is presented to me when I enter my car and connect via Bluetooth to my radio. I haven't figured out what exactly contributes to this though, because I only connected to Bluetooth once since I installed the beta. Same with earphones, it will always suggest the Music app to me, so I think there is a default behaviour as well. Hopefully it will be fine-tuned after that as it learns more about you.

Pro-Active has been on the top of my wishlist for iOS 9 and I heard lots of commenters say that Apple would not get into that part of software due to the lack of data collection and lack of expertise. They certainly proved them wrong. If only they would have made some Siri APIs available, but I suppose Spotlight and app indexing will have to do for now.

Just FYI, I'm using the PB on my 6 Plus with the Watch on 1.0.1 and i have no issues, works perfectly!

Everytime I plug my headphones into my 6+ i get a music icon in the bottom corner now, and it stays there until I unplug the headphones which is cool! It once even showed the Now Playing lock screen too

Well in that case.... Lol! Might wait till the second release comes out though, are there a lot of bugs?
There are a couple but no worst than ios8.* and in all fairness it may be pb1 but it's actually db3

Some apps don’t work at all (crash instantly), Siri suggestions don’t work for some (my Spotlight screen is empty), many animations are stuttery, especially the transitions when you drill down, and you will experience occasional resets and graphic glitches. So yes, there are many bugs. Some people are lucky as they happen to avoid many of these issues and it’s difficult to predict what kind of issues you will experience. Have a look at the sticky threads in this forum, it can give you a rough idea of what works and what doesn’t.

Does anyone know if this works with Bluetooth headphones? I use the Beats Solo 2 Wireless and I just wanted to know if proactive would pick up on those.... or would I have to use the wire it came with for wired listening for Proactive to pick up on it?

I would imagine it would work as soon as your headphones connect with the phone. People have claimed this is working with their car's bluetooth as soon as they get in their car, don't see why headphones would be any different.

I just tested with my Jaybirds Bluebuds X and yes it does bring up a music icon on the lock screen!

I get the Health icon in the mornings. I take my blood pressure just after I get up and start the coffee. My trouble though is the fingerprint sensor. I use it to turn my phone on and miss the icon most of the time. I'm trying to learn to use the power button for wakeup but wish the phone would turn the display on when I picked the phone up sort of like my watch does when I lift my wrist.
