Calibrate your battery to make sure your readings are as accurate as possible. This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions:

You can try iStat Pro to see if you get the same result, but be aware that even with calibration, those are only estimates, and not 100% accurate. Also, make sure you used the proper calibration procedure, as there are a lot of users who misunderstand what calibration really is. The steps are in the link I posted.

Yeah its totally fine since its so new.
I bought my MBA and it was -1 weeks old with 99% charge capable.
I calibrated it and it was 102% now its back to 99%
Calibration is weird. Dw, ur computer wont explode ^^
